How do I get access?
Access is by invitation. Book a demo using the form on this page. After the demo, if wheneu is a good fit, our team sets up your venue and sends you an email invitation to create your password and sign in. There is no self-service sign-up.

How does onboarding work?
Once you accept your invitation, a guided setup takes you through your venue details, your halls and spaces, tax details and bank details. Our team reviews your venue before it goes live.
Can my team use it?
Yes. You can invite staff members, and each role only gets access to the areas you allow — for example bookings, finance or settings.
Do I need to install anything?
No. wheneu runs in the browser on a laptop, tablet or phone.
